Not only did I not have all of the ingredients to make my mom her mother&#8217;s day dinner, one of the packets were expired.&#160;: / Substitutions was made and dinner was served :) And like any mom used to the joys and splendors of her childs arts and crafts, my mom with great joy and enthusiasm finished her whole plate. But of course dessert was better. She even asked for the recipe! </p> <p>I thank God for being the God of second chances and for having another chance next month when it&#8217;s her birthday, to put a smile on her face! (O.o)</p> <p>Thank you Jesus of a patience and enduring mom of grace, humility, and joy.
